yeah i think the problem of scammers is widespread on dating sites, i do think it is necessary to put something in place to try and prevent it

I now this problem about foreign nationals there sign up, and then start to send mail to other members about money for ticket money you can invest and so on, a small upgrade fee will minimize the problem i think.
